With a 1,500-square-foot addition, the home now spans 2,800 square feet, offering an expanded and luxurious living experience. The design features a custom kitchen, beautifully crafted bathrooms, and a sprawling deck that overlooks the sparkling Pacific Ocean, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
From the initial site measurements through the design process and construction documents, Linsey Dunn was deeply involved in shaping this vision.
